Because of being wanted strictly by the government, a group of terrorists have crossed the border from Mexico to the US state of Texas. When they realize that they have no way to escape, they immediately run into a pre-university and arrest some students as hostage. The policeman must soon find a way to rescue the young students as well as young students trying to fight terrorists.
