Prostitutes have gone missing around Buffalo, NY and it is the job of Mike Fletcher (John Cusack) and Kelsey Walker (Jennifer Carpenter) to track down this sicko. While on the trail, he goes rogue to save his teenager daughter when the killer mistook her for a prostitute and kidnapped her.
