Rick Riker is an orphaned student at Empire High School who lives with Uncle Albert and Aunt Lucille and his best friend Trey. After being bitten by a radioactive dragonfly, Rick starts to develop super powers and in a special costume for the Dragonfly he uses his power to fight against dangerous enemy Hourglass and his accomplices.
