This film follows the adventure of a young witch called Kiki who find living in a new town difficult after leaving home with her black cat, Jiji. She opens a "Witch Delivery Business" in the new place and everthing is getting complicated now when she loses the black cat toy - an item to deliver, then Jiji has to pretend to be the toy...
